PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION BAN ATTACKED
SOME SUPREME COURT JUSTICES THINK AN EXCEPTION
IS REQUIRED FOR THE HEALTH OF THE MOTHER, AND
QUESTION WHETHER OR NOT THE STATE (OF NEBRASKA)
HAS A COMPELLING INTEREST IN BANNING PARTIAL
BIRTH ABORTIONS !
Since a partial birth abortion is murder of a baby when it is partially in and out of the birth canal,
when it has been all but completely delivered into this world, exactly what health need of the
mother can only be met by killing the child???! NONE! The baby has been born! So how can a
born baby harm its mother? It can not, unless having to take care of a baby is considered harm, or
not wanting to take care of a baby justifies killing it, or perhaps a deformity is justification for
killing a baby, or perhaps if the child lives it will inherit something the mother would inherit if the
baby dies.
If a deformity is justification for killing, then most people who are alive today can be killed under
the same reasoning.
In questioning whether or not the State of Nebraska has a compelling interest in banning partial
birth abortions, the supreme court (just wait until they meet the Supreme Judge) should consider
this obvious fact: The State of Nebraska is against murder and particularly against infanticide.
What is a partial birth abortion? This link is to a sketch of how that murder takes place. What
happens is: the doctor assists the mother in giving birth to the baby - alive, then cuts the baby's
spinal cord at the brain stem, and sucks the baby's brain out of its head. The other common
method of abortion is to kill the baby while it is in the womb and then cut it up into little pieces
and suck the little pieces out of the womb. Use of unborn baby tissue and body parts has been
approved for research and is commonly used in various beauty aids, so the murderers can make
some money rom the body.
The legal dsifference between partial birth abortion and murder is less than
three inches - the moral difference does not exist.
